So I have been thinking alot about where I am going to end up in my career. The magazine owner loved the photos I did for the cover of her magazine and she also wants to hire me on doing advertisment sales for businesses to put in her magazine. Now I am faced with self doubt about being transgendered. I will be in the public, going into businesses, shooting photos for people who don't know me, and starting my own portrait business as well. I am praying that people judge my work based on it's quality and not my lifestyle. I live in a small town and really haven't had any disasterous events do to me being who I am but, I wonder how long that will last. What is even more ironic is that I am working with a woman's magazine. God forbid the new boss to discriminate against me and take away this glorious opportunity. I guess I shall just put my self doubt aside and deal with what is handed to me. I am pretty thick skinned and I am sure no matter what that the universe has something big in store for me. I am sure that when I move to N.Y. I won't have to be so worried about being transgendered in this artistic profession.
